During this consultation your Stylist will walk through the property and discuss any recommendations they have in order to give you the best sale outcome. We will discuss a budget and create a plan that best suits the needs to make the home look better than it ever has so the client can receive a premium price once the home sells.

Property Styling

This is where you want to use some of your own furniture to keep the costs down, maybe a lounge, dining table or bed ect. A stylist will come in and place a few finishing touches to make the space present well for potential buyers. You will also receive ongoing support during

the sale period.

Full

Property Styling

This service is catered to vacant properties or properties that would like to put all of their furniture in storage and let our stylist come in to create a whole new look for your home that will draw in potential buyers to your home.

Hire

We are offering what no-one else in the Sutherland Shire is offering. A DIY Styling service for clients that just need a few items to finish off the presentation of their home for sale. At Exquisite Interiors Co we recognise that there is a big gap in the market for people that don’t need their whole house styled so we are offering a Home Decor Hire service.

Interior Decorating

& Product Sourcing

Interior Decorating: This is a service for the client that loves their home and wants to stay living in it but would like a little help making their vision come to life, a way of putting a little bit of your own personality into your home. 

Product Sourcing: I have hundreds of suppliers that I can find the style of items your dreaming of, if there is something that you have been looking for let me know and I will do my absolute best to source it for you.

* Payment of $150 must be paid on booking.

Photography

Prop Hire

Need some accessories to add to your photoshoot? With over 2000 accessory items available, we have you covered. If you need some kitchen items to add to a food photography session, or some risers for a jewelry / handbag photography session, or some accessories for a property photo shoot. We have your Prop Hire covered, no matter what genre of photography you do.

Corporate

Hire

Is your reception or boardroom area looking a little dull? Why don’t you look at getting one of our corporate packages. We have three levels of packages depending on your budget. A stylist will discuss with you the best plan that suits your needs, they will select the items for the space and deliver and style them for you. Every 8 weeks the items can be rotated for new items to keep the space looking fresh.

Integrated

Staging

This is a great service for the client who wants us to solely use their own items within their home. This is an alternative to Furniture Hire and is much more affordable. Your stylist would come in and restyle, and declutter each room of the home so that it would make the house more appealing to any potential buyer

Pre-Sale Property

Report

This service is best done 4 – 6 weeks before property is to be on the market. During this consultation a stylist will go through each and every room and give detailed de- cluttering advice, entrance, curb appeal, any maintenance, and yard tidy. A detailed report will be given on all recommended upgrades that are needed to be done to the property as well as trade contacts and shopping suggestions.
